The diffuser makes a very faint hum when turned up to the maximum setting but it is less noticeable than the sound of a wall clock.

 It uses air and vibration to diffuse the oils, it doesn’t use water or heat so the oils aren’t diluted and their therapeutic integrity is kept intact.

Very easy to clean. You can clean it every few weeks by swishing some hot water and a bit of isopropyl alcohol in the class reservoir.

The diffuser works with intermittent model: The diffusion cycle is 2 min on and 1 min off. It will stop automatically after 2 hours.
